The Story
Six hundred guests need a flow that works quietly in the background. We mapped every entrance, buffet line, and stage cue so the evening felt calm.
Planning the Day
Salsa and Ibrahim's celebration ran across three days: a pengajian, the akad, and a grand reception for six hundred guests. We planned each day as its own event with its own team lead, then joined them with a shared timeline.
Gedung Sasana Kriya is large and easy to get lost in, so we mapped every entrance, queue, and buffet line before the first vendor meeting. Shuttles from three hotels kept out-of-town guests from worrying about parking.
On the Day
The akad took place on the second morning in a smaller hall with close family. The reception that evening opened with a procession down the centre aisle, followed by a receiving line that our ushers kept moving at a comfortable pace.
Food was served from twelve stations arranged around the hall, so no line ever grew too long. Guests left with custom souvenirs bearing the couple's names, handed out by the family at the exit.
