About the Role

You will support our planners with research, vendor communication, budget sheets, and day-of tasks. You will attend client meetings, venue visits, and at least four weddings.

We pair every intern with a mentor and review progress each month.

You will sit with the planning team and join the other studio teams on rotation.

What You Will Do

01Research venues, vendors, and decoration references.
02Keep budget and checklist spreadsheets up to date.
03Draft client emails and WhatsApp updates for review.
04Support coordinators on wedding days.
