You will own two to three weddings per month, from the final planning meeting through the day itself. That means building the run-of-show, briefing every vendor, and being the one calm voice the couple and their families can turn to.
Because the same team plans, decorates, styles, and caters, you will never chase five different vendors for answers. You coordinate one team that already works together.
You will report to the Head of Wedding Planning and work alongside decorators, makeup artists, and the catering lead. A senior coordinator joins your first three weddings as a shadow.
Run the wedding day from the first vendor call to the last guest farewell, keeping couples calm and every moving part on schedule.
