About the Role

You will design and build the floral work for our Bandung weddings, from the bridal bouquet to the aisle and reception tables. Each wedding starts with a moodboard from the decoration team and ends with flowers that still look fresh at the end of the night.

You will source from local growers, plan quantities with care, and make sure nothing goes to waste after the event.

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with the decor designer and the wedding coordinator, and report to the Operations Manager.

What You Will Do

01Translate decoration concepts into floral recipes and quantities.
02Prepare bouquets, corsages, and arrangements before each wedding.
03Install and refresh flowers at the venue on the wedding day.

What We Are Looking For

At least one year of experience as a florist or floral assistant.
A strong sense of colour, texture, and proportion.
Physically comfortable with early mornings and long installations.
Able to work weekends with time back during the week.
A portfolio of floral work is a strong plus.
