You will manage the money side of every wedding: payment schedules for couples, invoices from vendors, and the paperwork that keeps everything clear. When a couple asks what is left to pay, you will have the answer ready.
You will also support the studio with contracts, purchase records, and monthly reports.
You will report to the Operations Manager and work daily with the wedding planners and the consultant team.
Keep payments, vendor invoices, and contracts in order so couples always know where they stand and our team can focus on the wedding.
