About the Role

You will hold free consultations with couples and families, understand their dates, guest counts, and budgets, and recommend the right mix of organizer, planner, decoration, makeup, and catering.

After they sign, you stay as their relationship owner, keeping them informed and happy while the planning team does the work.

Who You Will Work With

You will work with every team in the studio and report to the Head of Operations. You will have a clear pricing guide and a proposal template to start from.

What You Will Do

01Hold consultations in person, by video, and on WhatsApp.
02Prepare tailored proposals with transparent pricing.
03Follow up with leads and keep the pipeline in our CRM current.
04Be the contact point between couples and the planning team until the wedding.

What We Are Looking For

At least two years in sales, hospitality, or client service.
Warm, patient communicator who enjoys long conversations about love stories.
Comfortable discussing budgets honestly and clearly.
Fluent Indonesian and good English.
Organised enough to manage many conversations at once.
